We met with Joy , who explained in detail what services they provided and what the process involved - she diligently and patiently answered all the questions and was compassionate about understanding the situation. We then met with Roxanne who navigated us through the Medicaid application process and we began the paperwork - oh yes, there is paperwork . We felt relieved knowing that they are only a phone call away and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing solutions for their loved ones - they get the ball rolling !!!

When my Mother ended up in rehab after a knee replacement, that did not go well, they told us she could not go home and we had no idea what to do! We were lucky, that the social worker advised us to call Elder Care Solutions. We met with Roxanne, who answered questions we had not even thought to ask! They helped us find an assisted living facility, that even provided transportation to her physician appointments. Elder Care Solutions was sensational! When my family needed help navigating what to do when my Grandmother could no longer live alone, her physician recommended that we give them a call! We met with Joy, the day after I called and not only did she help us with finding a new home for my grandmother but Danielle, even helped us apply for Medicaid! Everyone was kind and compassionate and I will always be grateful for the headaches they saved my family!

I would absolutely not recommend Elder Care Solution. After charging $150 for a consultation, they never even followed up as they said they would. They also charge a ridiculous amount to fill out paperwork when free services are available for the same which they finally communicated at the end of the consultation. They may more helpful if you have money to throw away.

My mother fell and suddenly required constant care at a skilled nursing facility. The EC team helped my family quickly navigate the Medicaid system and get the help my mother needed. Our support specialist Suzanne was especially helpful and communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. Thank you Elder Care!
