My mother fell and suddenly required constant care at a skilled nursing facility. The EC team helped my family quickly navigate the Medicaid system and get the help my mother needed. I would give no stars if I could! Run away! Roxanne is completely incompetent! She told us one thing then she filed my father’s Medicaid application incorrectly and they denied it instantly. And she charged a ridiculous amount for it!! She acted helpful until we needed actual services. Then she was rude, non responsive to emails/texts and completely wrong about ALL her advice and services. We learned of her incompetence by working with another company. I chose them to avoid the headache of trying to navigate the system on my own. I am happy I did! During the process, my mother's situation took an unexpectedly challenging turn. My case worker Kim knew what to do and saved the day. She also saved my mother much more than the cost she would have incurred had I tried to do this on my.
