The store was beautiful and at first glance the products seemed to be good quality. Customer service was lacking. None of the staff acknowledged us when we walked in or any other customers that came in after. No one approached us the whole time we were in there to ask if we had questions or needed help. Including when we were at the tea bar looking through the menu. I know I can speak up and ask if I need something and that’s the culture of some places.
