Worst experience with a contractor ever. The owner felt he should be paid the final payment before the job was complete. I had sent him an email with a list of things still needing to be done several weeks earlier. I started emailing his office because he wouldn't answer his phone or return calls. Less than 24 hours after HE decided it was complete, I got a very ignorant voicemail threatening a lawyer if I didn't pay by the next day. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company. We did a 2 car garage and mudroom/laundry room addition. The owner is very unprofessional. He would not return our phone calls through out the entire project......which took almost 6 months. We were told it would only take about 30 days. It took longer than that for them to get the correct architectural drawing to get the permit.
