TERRIBLE Absolutely HATED this place. DO NOT GO. Called in ahead of time and they told me the oil change would take 15 minutes. Gave them my keys and had a seat for what I thought would be a quick read. That car sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes before they moved it. THEN it took an hour and a half for them to complete the oil change. It was a synthetic change, marked as $86 on their price board. When I went to pay, they charged me $100.78. Please avoid. Please do not go to this place. They completely messed up my Audi A4. They put the wrong size air filter and could have damaged the engine.
Knowledgeable and honest shop I've been taking my cars and truck to this place for the past 3 years. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are very reliable, very honest and their prices are not high in the sky neither.They are probably on the conservative side when estimating repairs and will replace anything questionable when it touches safety. never ever go there ..they rip you off worst customer service.Way too expensive.I went there to change thermostat for my 2002 VW jetta.They charged me $850.00.Same thermostat is $12.00. Suckers
Good AUto Care Shop Elden Street Service and Tire Center is a good place to go for your car needs. They are better at fixing American cars than foreign cars, but they still do a good job. The people that work there are nice and I felt comfortable having them fix my car. They did do an excellent job and were able to fix my car with in a day.
