When I went to my dress fitting they stopped mid alterations and started helping someone that had just walked in. When my alterations were finished( costing 140-150$ ) the dress was beautiful. However, my bustle did not stay up my whole wedding night and mr zipper did not have a clasp at the top. It was poorly done in my opinion and priced too high for the quality. I was sorry to hear you were not happy. The clasp in the zipper was done with fabric thread not a metal clasp. I will let my seamstress know. You look beautiful in your dress. The jeweled yellow sash we added for no charge was beautiful as well.

I bought my maid of honor dress at Elda's and it is beautiful. My measurements were accurately taken and as a result very little alteration was needed. Staff is professional and treat you as a valued customer. If I ever need a special occasion dress this is where I will go. Thank you
