You should treat your staff with more respect. The way you and your wife treated your assistant today was very unprofessional, highly hypocritical of your anti-bullying propaganda, and a clear sign of both poor character and bad business. Shame.
My 8 year old had to get both upper and lower expanders, and later get braces on too. I am extremely happy with the staff, the prices, and the quality. My daughter really likes her orthodontist, and I have to say I do too.
