I went and filled out an application and was called the next day by Sarah the Human Resources director and said I got the job if I wanted it as cook assistant for $11.98 an hour. Hahahaha are you kidding she paid attention to everything on my application except what I asked for an hour. Good luck hope you find a sucker to work like a slave for this amount. I have a very good friend in there she is at risk of falling so she is in a bed. she pushes her button to tell them she needs to go to the bathroom one day she waited 45 mins before anyone came. one morning she pushed her button to see if she could get help to washed up no one came in the afternoon when physical therapy came she told them they helped her get washed up and the physical therapy girl stopped and told them what was going on...thats how people get beds sores and they don't like being there.
I work there for 16 yrs as a CNA and LPN...Some of the best years of my life!!! Residents are always top priority in every matter of the word!!! Dignity, Respect and Love given and received in massive doses!!! I loved my Co-Workers as Family... I miss them immensely... If my mother ever needs Long-term Care I will recommend Elcor!!!
THE NURSES DID NOT take good care of my Dad when my sister and I drove 900 miles to surprise him and he was hanging half of his body on the floor and bed!!! NO HOUSEKEEPER ever came in his room to clean it while we were there for a week. The roof had black tarp over it. Dads food was always late and cold. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there!!!
Why is there such a big turn over in Housekeepers at your facility? Is it because they aren't being treated fairly by the people who are supposedly supervising them? Do the administrative staff at your facility even care how their employees are being treated?
Very nice and clean staff members are awesome very friendly would recommend to anyone great place
