Dr. Elconin has been my primary Doc for 13 yrs and I have absolutely no complaints. I love that she knows me as a person and not just another patient. She asks questions about my family & our plans. She takes her time with every visit. I've always stated that when my family leaves Michigan, my only regret would be losing my primary care Doctor. :)
I love dr. Elconin. What I dislike is being on hold 20 28 minutes to schedule an appointment or ask a question. I feel they need a new system or something. Some of the phone people can be quite rude.
