Truck has been in twice to diagnose transmission issues. I was told it was driven all over town (up and down Manchester and 141) hooked up to a computer. Shows no issues and all shift patterns are perfect. Its kind of hard to diagnose an issue when the truck is only driven 4 miles...
Bought a car here and that end was OK, but the service side is terrible. If Cassey is your case manager, I'd request a new person. Someone that actually listens to their customers/clients. Kyle the manger was fine. They had our car for basically 2 months and made us jump through hoops and still didn't honor the warranty. Sadly I have used them for YEARS and have bought many cars from them but on my last 2 service appointments they have disappointed me. I debated whether to even do this review but the way i was treated was not right as I am a repeat customer. I had dropped my truck off for service and during the week it was there it got damaged. Bought a 2020 Silverado brand new in April of 2020. Amazing truck and first time new vehicle purchase. I went through the free oil changes and routine maintenance. In 2023 got some valves replaced and that remedied a transmission issue but evidently did not address the underlying issue.
