Horrid service, I bought my car there, used, they gave me free oil changes. the oil change was bad, they put a bad filter in, then power washed the engine, ruin sensors, while doing that they broke coolant fittings, and refuse to return my calls. I actually filed a complaint with the BBB and I guess I forgot to mention that I didn't just swing by the local Chevy dealer across the street from a VW dealer to have my oil changed, that they did it for free and every single repair they did caused more problems. if you want to be ... read more

I went to Elco Chevrolet to purchase my wife a new vehicle for our growing family. I saw a very well priced GMC Acadia on AutoTrader and decided to call the dealership to make sure it was available. We bought a used Chevrolet Silverado in 03/10. The salesman was very nice and courteous. We felt that we go a very good price on our truck. We purchased the GM extended bumper to bumper warranty. We were told by the finance person that this warranty was the exact same as that of a brand new vehicle. No out of pocket expense. WRONG!!! This is correct for the power train warranty, but there is a $100 deductible for everything else.
