Great experience here today. Had an emergency problem with my gas tank, the honda dealership was too busy, so they squeezed me in with a quickness. The staff were so kind, gave me a ride home and back again to pick up my precious CRV, and fixed my problem fast for less then was originally estamated. I'm loving Rydell's.
Great service. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful from Mary, who booked my appointment, to Nate, my service advisor and all those in between. I did have a bit of a wait to get my loaner car because they were very busy but they apologized and made the wait time comfortable with their lounge and cafe. Extremely pleased with the work.
Jamie in the service department really made me feel like I was a true member of the the Cadillac family. This being my first Cadillac, I couldn't believe the fantastic level of service that they had to offer in regards to warranty work. Every concern that I had was addressed immediately. Because of the excellent service I received I truly believe there will be some model of Cadillac in my garage for many years to come. Kudos to you Sullivan Cadillac service department. Finally! A company that got it right.

Fields Jaguar on Atlantic in Jacksonville FL has the Worst service ever!!!!...My car has been there for almost 3 months and Ive had it for only 5 months total..Initially it stopped due to battery failure...Had it towed in July 25th the Service Manager Robert Schuging said that my car has a V6 bumper and that voided the warranty..They never touched it for 1 month..I towed it home then to Pep Boys for diagnostic then back to Fields Jaguar after the company I bought it from decided to pay for everything (a $400 diagnostic check... read more
Everyone from management to sales was great. Our salesman Spencer took good care of us but was in no way pushy or overbearing at all. The guy in the finance department answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. I would buy here again.
