An Elmira staple. The best wings in the upstate outside of Buffalo ! One thing to remember: they don’t take credit cards, but there is an atm ! Fried mushrooms also rock !
@ the Elbow Room eating wing's & the wings are great. Service is great
I was visiting the area. The wings and bacon cheese burger was delicious.
Friendly staff, good food & good drinks. We didn't get rushed out like we would have if we had gone to a chain restaurant.
