I am not reviewing the proficiency of the hair stylist but I am reviewing the customer service of the business. I found the owner of the business to be rude and confrontational. Due to his actions I will not be using his services nor will be using the services of the alterations place next door. I was actually interested in the alterations business and now do not feel comfortable due to the actions of the owner of Elbert salon’s actions.

I only go to Elbert Salon Cotlswald. Elbert has been styling and cutting my hair and making me look beautiful for 20 plus years. Proms weddings you name it Elbert has been there for me. I am often stopped in restaurants even the grocery store to the question "Who does your hair" and I always have a big smile when I respond Elbert of course.
