Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Acosta spent a total of 30 seconds with me and rushed out before I had the chance to ask a question. This occurred on a regular basis. Dr. did not remember why I was there on any of the follow up visits. Very dissatisfied with my care overall and dropped this Dr. for another. Dr. needs to focus on his patients and not on other projects or business...this is the reason for remaining a physician.
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
I was on edge the whole time. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I think that I noticed the dust and cobwebs because I was pregnant at the time and very sick because of it, but this doctor was unable to diagnose me as pregnant and I then went on to lose my baby because I was not seen by a proper doctor in time because of a waiting list. I have no faith in this doctor and neither should you.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
