Natan Malyutan was truly one of the most professional, helpful realtors we had ever dealt with. Having bought and sold 5 houses in 3 different states I feel like I could say that. Sold our home within a week. Worked with the buyers continually as we were not living in NY at the time. He always was a calming voice in what could have been a very stressful sale.
