Great Great Great OMG, I have been to every Salon in Delaware and had yet to find quality services until Elayne James. Im from Philly and was not sure about Middletown when I first moved. A friend told me about Elayne James Salon and I thought 'what the heck, ill try it.' It was the best experience ever. The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My color is fabulous and my cut is amazing. Make the switch- you won't regret it!
