Being pushed by Costco, and being a big Costco fan, I switched to Elavon. Their onboarding staff is attentive and eager to help. Once you're onboard though you are the stepchild. The cust. service staff will get things done for you after asking several times and they operate on "do only what's asked of you". Won't bother to use any brain power to help navigate your problem.
