Multiple calls, endless holds, 31 min currently to reach lever 2 technician to fix their terminal menu, which is set without admin menu, and printing endless receipts.....After 34 min on hold they still did not connect me. Shameful company.

Probably the worst company to ever exist for credit card processing. Highly do not recommend.

I'm really not sure why these reviews are so bad. I have been with Elevon for 6 years now and have never, never, never had any issues. The one issue that I had that was completely my fault, they helped me resolve easily. Couldn't have asked for a better merchant.

The worst customer service... like honestly... who is hiring these reps and why do they not care about your customers Elavon???? Must be one of those -we're a giant company so we don't care kinda things- had to call customer service a handful of times and they are all bad experiences... looking for a new merchant after today
