Probably the worst healthcare app/website I have ever used. I was forced to use it by 2 of my treating physicians, and it really sucks accessing my records, or communicating with them because - sometimes I literally can NOT get them a message via the app, or the website...and to top it off...literally NO way to communicate with tech support or the company.HCP: do your patients a big favor, and avoid this company like the plague.
There is one star here because zero is not an option. I left a review during my onboarding. This is a review, now at about 5 months in. This is like getting an EMAR system on Temu or Wish. Faxes are unreliable, at best. Also, when you send a fax, they solicit all recipients of your faxes to try their Emar system. You can ONLY fax from inside of a patient's chart. Well - I am very very sorry to report that after 5 years of mostly happy EMR usage with this company that they have really gone off the deep end. Their AI product is tragically horrible, and I was released from the contract with them b/c it was so horrible. However, they continued to bill me past the termination b/c I'm guessing that they needed money that badly? Terrible terrible experience. Elation may be a reputable company, but my experience with them was far from satisfactory. From the start to the end of my engagement, I faced several issues that left me deeply disappointed. While their monthly pricing is higher than other EHR platforms I considered, I initially believed the premium cost would translate into superior service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS POS COMPANY!!! I could not be more regrettable having given Elation Health my time and money. Elation Health has no interest in serving their customer with any type of integrity. I paid $9,264 in advance for 12 months for three providers to get $50 off per month per provider and save some money for my clinic.
