Very poor service, the issues we had ranged from Elation not following the call list, not even answering the phones after it rang for 4 minutes to taking calls and not dispatching out to our techs. When asked about the issue they denied that this things happened and that they had recordings- when asked to hear the recording they admitted that they did not call the people that they said they did "Because they didn't have the list of who to call" meaning they either lost it or just lied because I forwarded the original email w... read more

Our outpatient behavioral health practice has utilized Elation Answering Service for close to 4 years. Throughout that time, Elation has handled our needs efficiently and effectively, even in the face of a worldwide pandemic. Our account manager, Jenny Clark, has been hands on all the way, and always prompt to answer our questions/make edits to our call schedules and rosters on the fly. Our clinicians, staff, and patients have all benefited from the support of this service.
