The Bloomington office has been incredible working with our senior dad. They are patient with him and encourage results. He enjoys having them come and both the PT and the OT have been incredibly helpful for him.
Elara Caring was professional and caring and provided excellent service. The service providers, PT, OT and nursing staff, arrived within the time frame scheduled. My PT was excellent ... explaining things well, pushing me to improve but knowing when to stop. She provided good guidance as to activities and exercises to do, movements to avoid, and why each thing was important.
All Elara therapists especially PT Komol and Speech Natalie have been wonderful to work with while my husband was recovering at home from very tough hospitalization and rehab. They were always on time, made appointments in a timely fashion, and did a great job with their understanding, caring demeanor and deep clinical knowledge.
