I’m struggling to understand how this place has four star review. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my case supervisor for almost 3 weeks now just to bring my mom on as an attendant to help me with my son. I’ve called the office, I’ve called the supervisor and I keep running into a brick wall. My client recently went to the hospital and after he was released I tried to get my hours turned back on. I contacted my supervisor but the only response I got back was that they weren’t turning my hours back on. The text I received wasn’t even a grammatically correct sentence and when I tried to respond they ghosted me. I am not the only employee this has happens too.
