This company is so unprofessional, I have been working here for years, and they just can't seem to get things together. I know my schedule and what I'm supposed to work. And I'm not getting paid for all my hours. They don't do over time but I have been asked to work extra hours then they wanna cut my days so they don't have to pay me over time. I’m struggling to understand how this place has four star review. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my case supervisor for almost 3 weeks now just to bring my mom on as an attendant to help me with my son. I’ve called the office, I’ve called the supervisor and I keep running into a brick wall. My client recently went to the hospital and after he was released I tried to get my hours turned back on. I contacted my supervisor but the only response I got back was that they weren’t turning my hours back on. The text I received wasn’t even a grammatically correct sentence and when I tried to respond they ghosted me. I am not the only employee this has happens too.
