This company has been renamed a couple of time trying to escape the poor mismanagement of its organization. They constantly call the caregivers while they are with the client, they call clients to check to see if the caregivers are at the residence. They call to schedule nurse visits & tell you the nurse will call and the nurse NEVER calls and NEVER shows up! Horrible agency.
They don’t even deserve a review, they should close this agency, they steal your money from the hours your work and receptionists are the worst terrible costumer service, they should hire more professional personal
The problem I noticed is most home attendants don’t know English. Seems the directors are Dominicans & hire many Dominicans who don’t know English and are old as well as sickly as the patients they care about. Some bring their pill boxes to work while caring for my mom. Made me wonder why they taking care of someone & they aren’t in the best of health. I went to look for a job and find out about the courses, a lot of discrimination, racists. I went with a friend and they treated us very badly.
