I worked with homecare person from this company for a short time. This person was very unprofessional. Everytime she came over, she talked about her family, her other clients and had difficulty staying focused and doing her job. She also felt it necessary to have continual conversations with me the entire time she was there. I tried to explain that I may be busy and unable to chat. She told me all her other clients like it when she talks with them because they are lonely. If I did not talk with her, she would talk to my cat.... read more

Elara Caring is an excellent agency that offers lots of levels of care for your loved ones from a few hours a day to 24 hours a day !! The aides and the management are very accommodating and it makes me feel very comfortable knowing that you have home care options instead of a nursing home !! Keep your loved ones at home and Elara Caring will take care of the rest about the rest !!

Elara Caring is an amazing home care company that allows you to keep your loved ones at home. They are company that you want to work for and have care for your family members. They are the best option to keep your family at home, out of the hospital and out of nursing homes!

My insurance was charged $300 per nurse visit per day. Some nurses were good, but most just zipped in, maybe took your blood pressure and/or watched you take your pills and then rushed out. Disorganized is the word that best describes this company. There is a shortage of help so most nurses were responsible for too many patients living far apart. Frankly, I am relieved that my time with Elara is coming to an end.

This place lacks communication. Due to that, I called to speak to a supervisor to give my complaint and I was told that they can't give me a phone number to the supervisor. And when I ask to speak to the supervisors boss they put me on hold and left me on hold. This place doesn't deserve the 1 star.
