They promised me a caregiver. The caregiver called in. That’s understandable things happen. But they didn’t bother to call and let me know. When I questioned her response was so dismissive. Like I was inconvenient for wanting a courtesy call to let me know that I didn’t have to keep waiting. Just rude honestly. If the caregiver calls into the company, the company should call the client. It’s really not that hard.

We had this service set up for a loved one over a month ago. We’ve gotten 2 visits in a month. Both aids no longer worked there after one visit. It sounds like the management here is awful. For someone to be in their end of life and be neglected by the care team that was hired for him by the VA is disgusting. This is how we treat veterans at the end of their life?

This company is so unprofessional, I had a scheduled orientation for 8:30 am on 1/23 I get their and theirs a sign on the door saying they are closed. I call, text, and email and get no response. 35 minutes later I get a email saying they are canceling my orientation no sorry nothing. I gave them a second chance and rescheduled for the following Tuesday.
