We had this service set up for a loved one over a month ago. We’ve gotten 2 visits in a month. Both aids no longer worked there after one visit. It sounds like the management here is awful. For someone to be in their end of life and be neglected by the care team that was hired for him by the VA is disgusting. This is how we treat veterans at the end of their life?
This company is so unprofessional, I had a scheduled orientation for 8:30 am on 1/23 I get their and theirs a sign on the door saying they are closed. I call, text, and email and get no response. 35 minutes later I get a email saying they are canceling my orientation no sorry nothing. I gave them a second chance and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. If you need a personal assistant GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Elara caring is terrible. People don't show up, don't call, don't follow very simple directions. This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I have had care givers call two hours after their start time claiming they were "lost" or over slept on four separate occasions. If you are needing their service for a loved one, call someone else.
