Beyond disappointed and discouraged by how our family has been treated. We have been in their care for 7 days and have been cancelled on every day but one with zero communication. We really needed help and had to jump through hoop after hoop to fight to get it. Feels very discouraging to think you finally have help only to be cancelled on again and again and not even communicated with at all. Shame on this company for the way they have mishandled my family.

They promised me a caregiver. The caregiver called in. That’s understandable things happen. But they didn’t bother to call and let me know. When I questioned her response was so dismissive. Like I was inconvenient for wanting a courtesy call to let me know that I didn’t have to keep waiting. Just rude honestly. If the caregiver calls into the company, the company should call the client. It’s really not that hard.

We had this service set up for a loved one over a month ago. We’ve gotten 2 visits in a month. Both aids no longer worked there after one visit. It sounds like the management here is awful. For someone to be in their end of life and be neglected by the care team that was hired for him by the VA is disgusting. This is how we treat veterans at the end of their life?
