The nurses for the most part are great— my girl Marisol left but Niesha has taken her place and she is super sweet and great at her job! My favorite person in the company is Valerie the patient liaison. I can’t say enough good about her! She’s always trouble shooting any problem I run into and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care I need. I love that woman!! Elara has a bad rep online but the Boerne/San Antonio office has been amazing— definitely recommend them if you’re looking for home health!

Worked for this company for a short amount of time. There was always mis communication, none of my managers ever answered me.. just an overall bad experience. Would not recommend to work here.

I’ve witnessed firsthand the concern and compassion of Elara staff. Their ethos extends to the family members as well as their clients. A truly beautiful and remarkable way of empathetic care.
