If anyone ever looks into home health care/support for an elderly family member. I'd be very weary of this company, more specifically Shay D, she's a supervisor, advocate, whatever she's classified as. We sold our house a month ago, and are a week or so from our new house being delivered to my property in Jefferson. It is a connected lot to my grandparents property and house, all of which is in my name. We are staying with them until this process is finished helping them out with their day to day. Absolutely the worst home health care agency I've ever dealt with! Don't hire them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything! 👎☹️
