I have a parent requiring home care right now. He is supposed to have PT, OT, and nursing 2X/week. Sue from OT is the only clinician who has shown up consistently. Getting anyone to visit seems to take many texts and calls from my family and I. I regret the decision to use this home health company.
I’ve only had one visit so far- the nurse who came to do a dressing change for my wound vac, Lisa, was amazing. She was thorough and very competent. I didn’t think it was possible for the wound vac to be so quiet. She had done such a meticulous job of taping the wound that I could barely hear the sound of it and slept much better as a result!!
