I AGREE WITH THE POST BY JOSEPH BANGS. MY HHA HAS BEEN NO CALL/NO SHOW TOO. ALSO SHE SPEAKS SPANISH, & I DON'T. BUT WE'RE TRYING TO WORK THINGS OUT. WHEN SHE DOES COME SHE'S A GOOD WORKER & ORGANIZED MY CUPBOARDS SO I CAN REACH THINGS. BUT I FIND ALARA CARING DOESN'T SEEM VERY CARING. NEVER EVEN GOTTEN A PHONE CALL OR TEXT. THANKS
With the help of the VA, we set up 3 weekly visits for my father, who is a 100% disabled vet with Alzheimer's. They have been a no show for the first 5 visits. I have also called and they said they messed up on the scheduling but should be all set going forward. Still nobody or even a phonecall.
