Our father was cared for by Kayla, who has a beautiful gift in caring for the hurting. She educated us, encouraged us, and was extremely honest with us all while ensuring we were comfortable with the information she provided. Nothing came as a surprise to us because she had already set expectations for us. Thank you, Kayla.
Poor communication. Half the medical supplies we initially got were damaged or incorrect. Didn't receive other medical supplies until after the patient passed. Nurse Kim that checked us in was great and did what she said she would but then didn't have any support from the company. Thankfully our family member had a large support system that was able to make sure he was comfortable and not suffering because this company did nothing. YouAll was great with my Mom's needs and you gave her what ever she needed or left alone if she did want to do something then tried again My Mom had Dementia she has passed now but thanks for all the care and love
