I had a family member use the home care services and she had nothing but great things to say, if I ever need home care I will definitely be giving them a call.
Elara, the home care agency that doesn’t show up, and lacks communication. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not care at the saginaw office. Many phone calls, and nothing changed. Nurses and aides don’t show up or they don’t schedule anyone and then tell you, you have to wait. 2 weeks with no shower is NEGLECT. No contact with patient over a week( 9 days) is NEGLECT. This happened many times and each time I was promised things would change. Nothing ever did, I ended up back into hospital.
