I love Elara Hospice!
Elara Caring Hospice Care has some of the most caring, professional individuals I’ve met. They truly provide the support patients and their families need during the most vulnerable time in their life.
Nicole from Elara is absolutely fantastic to work with! Highly recommend giving her a call if you want to learn more about their services.
Out of the 4 days my parents were supposed to have an aide the past couple weeks... Day 1: No call no show Day 2: Aide visited but didn't take any initiative in helping out Day 3: No call no show - aide dishonestly reported that she was at the house Day 4: No call no show Each time no one showed up, the office was notified but no corrective action was ever taken.
