Out of the 4 days my parents were supposed to have an aide the past couple weeks... Day 1: No call no show Day 2: Aide visited but didn't take any initiative in helping out Day 3: No call no show - aide dishonestly reported that she was at the house Day 4: No call no show Each time no one showed up, the office was notified but no corrective action was ever taken.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They couldn’t figure out or even order meds when they were supposed to, my grandma ended up vomiting stool and nobody said a thing just went home. I had to call after hours triage and a nurse walked me through slurry meds. When someone struggles with something you find a solution! Our nurse was the least compassionate, I was horrified at the lack of empathy and with cameras in Grammys room I watched them do vitals and leave countless times.
