I love their communication skills, my absolutely wonderful aide (Laci Stewart), and the attitude or everyone actually wanting to help me. They do not see home healthcare as a job but rather a means to genuinely help the elderly and disabled with kindness and joy going the extra mile.
I am so fed up with this company. In the last two years I’ve barely had any help from them and they never have anyone who will cover because they won’t pay mileage. They just don’t care.
They don't care .they don't answer your calls and they don't call u back. And let there workers do want they want.
