Elara has a great group of nurses providing exceptionally great care quickly. They were the most professional, and knowledgeable group one could ever ask for in a terrible crisis. God bless Lacee, Jennifer, Michelle, Natalie, Diane and all others.
In middle of my mother being in this place it was amazing at first but it seems they r mixing things and my mother is suffering from all the changes it seems. She was so happy when she first started they had her perfect then bam they change things on u and I tried explaining to them but they act like we don't know my own mother or my dad don't know his own wife and she don't know her own self so here's to hoping things get better.
Do not work for this company, I work a little over 5 yrs now & it started out great, now they changed supervisors & staffing coordinator on me & my hrs went downhill, I had 22 hrs to 8 now & I beg & plead to get more hrs & they say there aren't any to give, I quit a great job to get more hrs with this company & nothing, it's been 3 months since I ended my last employment to get more hrs, I never had trouble before, I had to get a second job to make up for this company, I would quit this company but the 2 clients that I have ... read more
This agency completely fails their patients. They refuse to make PRN visits that could prevent unnecessary ER trips, and they do not return calls. Zero follow-up, zero accountability. Unreliable and unacceptable. My original five star post following admit was the ONLY experience and encounter that does not deserve one star.
