I told Heidi in CT that no one is welcome here until we get answers. Initially, she seemed willing to help by contacting UCONN, but then she reverted to the unhelpful, dismissive attitude. When she said your services can't diagnose and suggested working with our uninformative PCP, I lost my temper. She obviously wasn't listening to me. Like everyone in the medical field, they have all become Lunch Box Workers who put in time. You will never get the real help because they will never get answers or try to get health answers for you. They can't communicate with the Hospital or PCP, the only read paper sent to them that is incomplete. DO not use these lunch box services if you do not know what is wrong with your loved one. Mangement would rather discharge their workers than seek answers because "it is not my job"
