Elara takes great care of their patients and goes out of their way to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks for the people they take care of! They have some really awesome people on their clinical team also!
They fraudulently charged my grandpa’s health insurance for giving medication, changing dressings and parts of his trach tube, and feeding him intravenously when in reality all they ever did was come and check vitals and my grandmother administered all other care. His family doctor finally called and stopped them from coming anymore and claims to have reported them for defrauding Medicare.
