Employees do not show up to home health jobs which creates multiple issues for clients. Seems like a huge issue with staffing. Not consistent or reliable at all. I feel sorry for the clients that endure this treatment.
I recently had the privilege of having Elara Caring’s staff help to rehabilitate me after a Total Knee Replacement. Tom, my Physical Therapist was awesome. He never gave up on me even when I thought I couldn’t do anymore. He has a kind and caring drill sargent approach. I would not be as far as I am in my recovery without his help.
