The worst experience ever!! They are extremely unorganized and borderline fraudulent. My dad need home health care after being in and out of the hospital during his battle with an aggressive cancer. They sent out a nurse for in-take. She was fine. However, the physical therapists that they sent out were incompetent and were searching Google the entire time instead of providing services to my dad. We did not like her and expressed our concerns. I absolutely love the Elara Hospice Killeen team. Very compassionate care and attentiveness not only for their patients but for their families as well.
Very unorganized. I have no idea what was I doing to help my love one, we requested help and the procedure they did hurt him even more and we had to rush him to the ER. I can’t tolerate cigarettes smell and one of the nurses had very bad odor. It was a hot mess, not comfortable, I won’t recommend it. We ended up calling the social worker and requested a new hospice. Heart of Texas helped us.
