This company is horrible! I had an aide that was lazy, complained all the time, she only wanted to talk (& sit around) about herself! They hired her Mandy as a supervisor! -- negative service! This company is horrible Kansas City Missouri and Sedalia, Missouri. It has been almost 2 months since I have had an aide. The last three didn't know how to clean! Very poor people. Lack huge in professionalism. Had 3 rescheduled interviews and now nobody has any clue to call back or reschedule. I couldn't imagine how they care for their clients if they can't do a simple interview.

The worst company I have been stuck with. Admins communication lacks and dishonest. Rarely an aide shows up, receive approx 10% of hours if that, unannounced scheduling and can end up being in late evenings, dregs of society, incompetent, must beg for bill payments and grocery pick up and hope eventually it will be done before I call a church to do it, sits on phones or talks nonstop and while checking off work they don’t do, months can pass before floor gets mop or vacuum, and won’t cook meals.
