If I could give this company zero stars I would. There is absolutely NO CARING so you should remove that from your name. There's a reason you have 2.1 stars. Waited over a month for an aide to show up only to have to play phone tag for the first meeting. You made me feel overlooked, unimportant and like my care was of no priority whatsoever. Been waiting for a PCA the past workers are not what the present themselves to be will start out doing excellent but then it changes I've had too many to count they either overslept can't find a ride or some other problems been waiting for five days for a replacement worker if you don't have another worker say so just don't stop communicating with the client

Schedule appointment with nurse or pt then get text showing different time and day. Answer their text that what they show is not what was discussed. Get answer via text they will check and get back with you but they never do. Nurse shows up unannounced. I am not home. Nurse shows 2 hours late. Pt consists of maybe 15 minutes. Personal care assistant stood me up 3 times and no solution. My son took over. I will never use them again due to all the confusion.
Not a good "office" communication. Never know what is going on. I need help but some don't show up. Some are not punctual. No show. It's a horrible company.
