Poor communication to both clients & employees. Get told that you will receive extra pay on a client and you never receive it, and still waiting for milage reimbursement from the beginning of the year. I love my clients thats why I stay.

Had issues with getting the correct supplies listed on the prescription the entire time. This company will substitute your normal supplies for cheaper, lower quality versions and some weeks it wasn’t even the correct supplies. If they care so much about cutting cost and ordering cheap supplies Atleast make sure the supplies ordered are correct. Aides don't show up only when they want or are on their phones and don't clean very well. I've had probably 50 aides in 3 years. It gets old when they don't care about the client. Horrible service

I worked there and it was OK. It was hard to get clients in my area. I was told that they would find me clients ilbut that never happened even though I worked for them almost a year. I tried to log into my account to pick up my own clients and couldn't log in. I never received a phone call email text nothing. I was just let go without explanation. Whenever I call Noone answers my calls. I got ahold of someone to let them know I had moved and needed my W2. She told me they would send it at the end of January. My W2 never came... read more

What's sad about this situation? I already knew they were going to let me go. Before the big bosses called me and let me know, is that weird? They're gonna let me go.. The ladies at the office in Jeff city branch, they like to talk about people and put them down. They think they're better than everybody else, and literally, they're not, you guys feed off drama. And it wasn't for me, anyways, I felt sick every time I came into that office every morning, so it is relieved. That they let me go. So I want to say thank you
