What's sad about this situation? I already knew they were going to let me go. Before the big bosses called me and let me know, is that weird? They're gonna let me go.. The ladies at the office in Jeff city branch, they like to talk about people and put them down. They think they're better than everybody else, and literally, they're not, you guys feed off drama. And it wasn't for me, anyways, I felt sick every time I came into that office every morning, so it is relieved. That they let me go. So I want to say thank you
Elara has now become a real asset for those of us that need assistance with some tasks of daily living. Through their efforts (Dani in particular) the services they provide have allowed me to know that one aspect of my life is under control. That's a huge plus.
I am a care giver for Elara Caring. Elara is a great place to work at. They keep you posted on any changes and if there are any issues they are always there to help. Iv worked for a lot of places but none are like Elara Caring. They actually care about there clients and employees. They treat you like a person not a number.
I have worked for Elara since September 2024. I have loved every minute of it. All of my supervisors have been absolutely amazing! I love being able to help provide a safe environment for my clients and being able to keep them in their homes! I highly recommend this company for anyone who loves working in this environment and also recommend this company to anyone who needs their loved one to get any extra help!
This is probably the first at home aide company that i genuinely enjoy working for. The staff members are so amazing and go above and beyond for their workers and I’ve met some of the most amazing clients because of them! Highly recommend
