They would not accommodate my family members sleep schedule for physical therapy. I talked with a manager who was unwilling to help saying 3 to 5 PM was to limiting for them. I fired them because of this. Also one of the therapist kept texting me trying to come whenever she wanted to.

Please if you love your family memeber, use another home health care agency. They did twice a week care for my 95 year old Aunt. She had a bed sore the entire time they took care of her, and keep telling my Aunt it looked good and was fine. When we had it looked at by a Dr. It was a hole that was to the bone, and she dies 2 and half months later from it. If they would have just said it needed to be looked at my a Dr she would still be alive.

Poor communication to both clients & employees. Get told that you will receive extra pay on a client and you never receive it, and still waiting for milage reimbursement from the beginning of the year. I love my clients thats why I stay.

Had issues with getting the correct supplies listed on the prescription the entire time. This company will substitute your normal supplies for cheaper, lower quality versions and some weeks it wasn’t even the correct supplies. If they care so much about cutting cost and ordering cheap supplies Atleast make sure the supplies ordered are correct. Was also told they were holding off on ordering some supplies until I needed everything ordered to meet their order requirements, I assume to save money. Some weeks supplies would sho... read more

Aides don't show up only when they want or are on their phones and don't clean very well. I've had probably 50 aides in 3 years. It gets old when they don't care about the client. Horrible service
