I had knee replacement nov 5 and my orthopedist had an income PT gentleman named Mason he came out immediately and we discussed in length what he and his co-worker were going to try and achieve, he and his co-worker started immediately and at my house for 2 weeks they did an amazing job getting me started in recovery, they were respectful, polite, funny but always had my progress in their visits, I am going to have my other knee replaced next year and hopefully will have both of them back to get me started.

If you are looking for home health provider services for your loved one or family member DO NOT USE ELARA CARING PROVIDER SERVICES. I have numerous concerns about communication breakdowns, poor management practices, a supervisor that started screaming at me on the telephone. The high turnover rates, micromanagement, and a perceived lack of respect for employees from some supervisors and higher management.
