This place is a joke. The hospice nurses let my grandma with dementia die with a UTI. As a former nurse I knew by her signs and symptoms that she had a uti and voiced it to her nurse who then refused to run a UA so I did it myself and she was positive for a uti. I then asked again for them to run a UA with a c&s and again was refused. Ordered a random abx without a follow up UA and less than 11 days later she passed while still positive for a uti.
