Well, since february, I have been through 5 PCAS, they can't call before they come to your home. They can't call you if they don't show up. They can't call you unless you know anything. And it's just ridiculous, so many days that I have sat here waiting for them to show up. And nobody has shown up especially Monday, and today, a new PCA was supposed to start work and start helping me. And they still haven't shown up. And nobody has called again.
