I would not recommend this agency due to lack of follow throw and efficiency with services and referrals for care. Visits are repetitive and don't exactly address patient needs or quality of care. My grandmother was discharged from Pomeraug to receive services at Elara Caring January 29th which was expected to include in home nursing services, physical therapy and an aid. The services for the aid was put in to the social worker bu the nurse at Elara Caring however in every visit we were told we were awaiting the referral. To... read more

If you or a loved one is looking for a health care provider, DO NOT USE ELARA CARING!! An employee of theirs, who was trusted as my sister's health care provider; through ignorance, misdirection ,incompetence and lies caused my sister to be homeless and lose everything she owned. We called Dept of Health and Human services to report what happened.
