They promised me a caregiver. The caregiver called in. That’s understandable things happen. But they didn’t bother to call and let me know. When I questioned them, her response was so dismissive. Like I was inconvenient for wanting a courtesy call to let me know that I didn’t have to keep waiting. Just rude honestly. If the caregiver calls into the company, the company should call the client. It’s really not that hard. She explained she was trying to get me someone else but then never called to follow up.
Highly recommend finding another company for your loved one. The staff doesn’t show up. When you call the office, the manager, Frieda, is the most unprofessional ghetto lady you could speak to. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
