This is one of the worst Home Health Places there is the staff is rude never call you back . Nor ever have client help available. They lie about everything . I would give this company a zero star if it was available.
Very poor provider services and lazy. They don't do what they are supposed to do. But want to get paid for the hours they work.
Worst home health service ever. Never can get ahold of provider supervisor office staff is very unprofessional. Office manager tells you one then calls back hours later telling you something totally different. I've been with out provider service for the past two days. Unfortunately I've fallen 6times in the last two days.
Mrs Jurushia was so kind explain where I understand and answered questions thoroughly. People skills were amazing thankyou so much for caring .
