We have had the pleasure of having ELARA caring Hospice services for 3 of my family members over the last 4 years. The entire staff made sure we had support every step of the way. Their kindness and compassion shows in everything they do.

Only because I couldn't give them a zero! This company is absolutely horrible! There is zero communication between nurses,aides,social workers, pharmacy,ECT . I had a follow up nurse was coming between 4/6 pmI had to call at 8pmand no one showed up until 10 pm. They are not very kind,loving,or compassionate.

Telling me i practiced medicine without a license because i told people to use some non pharmacological interventions … nurses are trained to that, and it’s very much in my scope of practice. I forgot that western medicine doesn’t cure people, and i guess i was making the company lose money. A cured patient is a lost customer. Can you tell i am over the big pharma scam? Happy to be away from such a company. Home care and CARING are not the same.

My mom recently fell and broke her ankle. She needed surgery and then temporary in home services. We chose Elara Caring. We had PT, OT, and nursing visits. While it was only a few weeks, we were really pleased with the service. The lead PT, Anil, was especially kind, thorough, and patient.

The 2 weeks of in home therapy after a partial knee replacement went perfectly. My physical therapist was awesome in how he approached my therapy. I was ahead of schedule on all phases of movement when he was done. Could not recommend their company more for PT services!
