Elara coming after a hospital stay for family member. No wounds or end of life care in our case but most of the team has been fantastic and excellent with listening to concerns, LPN even answered an evening call for a situation having at ER. The team members have all arrived on time, text friendly for scheduling, has been really spot on for our needs. Really wish I'd have had this team for my mother 🙏🙏. My mom died a little over a month ago we picked this place for hospice we picked wrong... The day she was dying we called for a nurse to come out it was 7am they said they would get one out as soon as they could 3 hours later we ended up finding the phone number of her nurse and called she got there about 30 minutes before she passed she ended up dying on Dec 26 10:50am if we didn't call we would've never gotten a nurse at all so she spent most of her last hours suffering
