My family acquired their services last summer and since we have had nurses, constantly calling out, leave early, and come late regardless of the schedules timing. The nurses are always on their phone and neglect our nephew because he is non-verbal and cannot move. Overall, there is a lack of compassion and humanity in the service rhey provide. The worst place do not go here they go on their own time and never answer phones. A simple text saying I get to you at a certain time will suffice smh
