Horrible service! The evening nurse did not show up. My son did not receive his evening medication. Calling Elara Caring was useless. Complete waist of time and money. I'll terminate this service . I am 2 days without my medications because the nurse did not come on time and did not give me my medications. The nurse physically is holding my personal medications which was purchased through my insurance. Elara receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not want the services of elara and i demand the return of my personal medications. My hospital has been informed.
They are friendly and do a decent job except that you never know what time they are coming. They act like we are just sitting around all day waiting for someone to show up. It’s a different time of day each day and you never know when they are coming. They call to say they are coming when they are already outside.

Don't use their services. This company is horrible. They discharged my mom, who is total care, without informing us. The nurse, name Cheryl, is extremely rude, and demonic in her actions. They lied about my mom's insurance provider, leaving my mom, who's total care, without assistance. The only decent staff there are Rosalie, the coordinator, Monica, the LPN, Lakresha the HHA, and the physical therapists. The rest are not worthy to treat dogs. Don't use this agency.
