Have a backup plan in case they can't show up. Our loved one passed (an at home patient of theirs) and they never showed up! They left us completely lost and devastated.
My grandfather is currently in there hospice program, we have had nothing but top notch service. Some of the appointments my get pushed later in the day due to unforseen emergencies for other patients but they always call and update us about the new arrival time. Nothing but good things from them so far!
These nurses are by far the best. I had a large wound that needed care and I truly don’t think I would have done as well as I did if not for them. Above and beyond care
Elara does not care. A home health aide text me a rude message about her losing out on an hour pay as my mother's hospice aide was going to be arriving a half hour early. The aide chose to leave before the hospice aide had arrived so she lost an hour due to her own choice. I understand people count on their ours and we definitely could have worked something out. I had problems from the very beginning with this service. The caregivers are not trained at all other than some videos. The behavior of their caregivers is downright unbelievable, ex, asking to shower, snapping photos for themselves, talking to family and friends while they should have been helping the client. I complained about the inappropriate behavior and ended up with them no longer accepting my calls!! I strongly suggest using a different service provider for your care or family member.
